HOW WE GOT THIS LOCATION

Around February 2018 me and Justin started discussing and looking for a spot for a printing business. Our main priority was we wanted a shop to operate out of and enough space to put the machinery and printers.
​
He had the knowledge and I had the experience, having printed hundreds of orders for people and companies over the past 2 years. The timing was right and we were ready to partner up, grow the business and take it to the next level.
​
We started looking at different spots in Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. Justin calls me one Sunday morning and says "I found an amazing spot, let's get it", so naturally I ask him where and he tells me New Rochelle. Now i've never been to New Rochelle before and I immediately tell him no. He follows up with "trust me it's an amazing area, the place is pretty big and it's only a 25 minute drive" and I follow up with another firm no. There was no way I was going to New Rochelle. He insisted I at least just come take a look at the place and so I went with him to check it out.

Upon arrival and taking a little tour of the area I came to find the area was filled with several busy main streets with hundreds of businesses, stores, restaurants, several central banks, 4 hotels, Monroe College, Iona College and most importantly New Roc City which is a huge 4 floor complex with a movie theatre, bowling alley and many other stores.
​
We then went inside the shop to take a look at it. Not only did it have ample space to put our printers and machinery and work out of, but it also came with an office AND a showroom storefront space.
​
My mind was made, we were taking this place. We both came back the following night to sign the lease and close the deal.
​
The rest was history.
